Return Policy
 

EXPIRED GOODS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• Dated items returned within 1 year after expiration for direct customers of Theramed or 90 days for retail customers.
• Items must be in an unopened/unmarked condition.
• Items must have a clear unaltered label showing lot # and expiry date.
• Items will be creadited at 90% of purchased price for direct customers. For retail customers, credit will be issued to the wholesaler of your choice.

FOR PHARMACEUTICALS (OTHER THAN CONTROLLED/NARCOTIC DRUGS) AND MEDICAL DEVICES

Authorization is not required prior to returning elegible expired merchandise to Med-Turn International Inc. (MTI) to the following address via prepaid freight. An itemized list of the products must be included with the shipment. Products returned are subject to destruction without recourse.

FOR EXPIRED CONTROLLED/NARCOTIC DRUGS

Authorization to return eligible expired Controlled/Narcotic Drugs must be obtained from Med-Turn International Inc. prior to shipping the goods. All returns must be sent to MTI at the above address via prepaid freight. An itemized list of the products must be included with the shipment. Products returned are subject to destruction without recourse.

GOODS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• Unexpired products, other than products shipped in error.
• Products requiring refrigeration.
• Goods that have been opened, broken, partially used, or which have been tampered with by the removal of caps or labels.
• Goods involved in fire sales, sacrifice sales or bankruptcy sales.
• Goods deteriorated due to improper storage, heat, water, fire, smoke, label, markings or blemishes.
• Goods purchased as part of a special deal.
• Goods that have been discontinued for more than one year.

FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT EXPIRED

To return products not yet expired, authorization from Theramed is required prior to returning the merchandise to the following address via prepaid freight. An itemized list of the products must be included with the shipment.

OTHER REASONS FOR RETURN

Shipping errors for products other than Controlled/Narcotic Drugs must be reported to Theramed within 3 business days of receipt of order. Shipping errors for Controlled/Narcotic Drugs must be reported immediately to Theramed upon receipt of order.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Theramed will issue a credit if it is determined that a product is found defective in workmanship or quality. We reserve the right to destroy, without recourse, returned merchandise that we deem unfit for use
