Authorization

* RhoxalPharma Inc.

Rhoxal Pharma products may be returned without prior authorization except in the case of narcotics and controlled drugs.

All returns must be accompanied by a document consisting of the following information: name and address of the sender, a detailed list of products, the quantity (indicating the quantity included in partial units) as well as the reason of the return. Once they are returned, these products become the property of Rhoxal Pharma*.

Returns can be shipped to the following address at the expense of Med-Turn International Inc. (MTI) using their designated carrier (Loomis Carrier 1-877-456-6647 acc.# FL-1451):

If the designated carrier is not used, the excess shipping charges will be deducted from the credit. Merchandise cannot be taken by our representatives.

Merchandise eligible for credit:

Credit will be issued on eligible products according to the quantity returned (full or partial units) within 12 months after their expiry date according to the method of calculation mentioned below.

Credit will calculated at the original invoice price when returned by the original purchaser. When retuned by other than the original purchaser, credit will be calculated at the wholesale price in effect when the lots were sold.

Merchandise ineligible for credit:

Outdated products returned more than 12 months after their expiry date.

Products not in their original packaging.

Products which have been subject to fire, sacrifice or bankrupcy sale.
