Transportation Terms

We guarantee that our product has been maintained under required storage conditions. As partners in the supply chain of pharmaceutical products to patients, please ensure that storage and transportation conditions are observed for all Novo Nordisk products.

Transportation Charges

Ground transportation charges will be absorbed by Aventis Pasteur on qualifying orders when shipped to one destination.

Return Policy for Outdated Products

Outdated products may be returned for credit under the following conditions. Prior authorization from Novo Nordisk Medical Representatives is not required on outdated material.

• Product must be returned on a prepaid basis (to the source from which it was purchased).
   
• Intact packages only are accepted.

Return Policy for Products Not Yet Expired

Prior authorization from a Novo Nordisk Medical Representative is required.

Returns Will Not be Allowed on Products

• involved or purchased in a fire sale, bankruptcy or sacrifice sale
• damaged by smoke, fire or water
• damaged by improper storage or subjected to extremes in temperature or exposure
