Return Policy

Returns

Expired/Damaged Novartis returns are to be shipped freight prepaid to the customer's preferred wholesaler or to:

• Forms for returns documentation can be obtained from MTI at Tel. 416-298-1234 or 1-888-RTI-2323.
• Credit will be issued through the wholesaler of choice.
• Credit will be issued for goods returned within 06 months following the expiry date.
• Authorization for returns of narcotic/controlled products/targeted substances is required through Novartis Customer Relations or MTI.
• A credit equivalent to 95% of the current list price will be granted or prorated to the nearest quarter of quantity returned.
• Returns made to wholesalers may be the object of a handling fee, depending on respective wholesaler policy.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Products damaged by fire, smoke, heat, water, negligence, improper storage or involved in a sacrifice, fire or bankruptcy sale.
• Products not in original packaging, repackaged, overlabelled or price stickered.
• Products of good dating (unexpired).
• Products dated more than 06 months after expiration.

Novartis reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
