Return Policy
OTC Products
- Authorization: Prior authorization is not required for
items that are eligible for return.
- Eligible Reasons: Items that are eligible for return
include expired and shelf damages.
- Process: Returnable items may be combined with other Rx and
OTC manufacturers that utilize MTI for their returns process. Returns
must be accompanied by an MTI return form.
- Value of Credit: Credits will be issued for full units only
at a value of the McNeil Consumer Healthcare 100 case price.
Narcotic Items
- Authorization: Prior authorization required from Med-Turn
International Inc. (MTI) at 1-888-784-2323 or 416-298-1234.
- Eligible Reasons: Only expired items are eligible for
return.
- Process: Returnable items require a separate return. Do not
use an MTI return form.
- Value of Credit: Credits will be issued for full units only
at a value of the McNeil Consumer Healthcare 100 case price.
