Return Policy

Goods purchased directly from CIBA Vision must be returned (pre-paid) to MTI for processing.

Note: Products purchased from a third party must be returned to that party for processing.

CIBA Vision guarantees the quality of its product under the following conditions:

• An itemized list of the goods and reason for return must be included with the returned product.
• Expired product will be accepted for credit up to six (6) months after the date of expiry.
• Goods that have been expired for more than six (6) months are not eligible for credit, however, they can be returned to MTI for disposal.
• Discontinued products will be eligible for credit up to two (2) years after the date of discontinuation at 85% of the latest catalogue price.
• CIBA Vision must be notified within seven (7) days of any product shipped in error. CIBA Vision will provide instructions for return of goods.

Additional Conditions - Non Returnable Goods:

• Product which shows evidence of having been tampered with by removal of sealed carton top, cap or label.
• Those which have been involved in a bankruptcy sale, or those which have been damaged by fire, water or smoke.
