Electronic User Terms of Agreement & License MedTurn International Inc. (MTI)

By accessing any of the web sites operated by MTI, including medturn.ca and returns.org, the user agrees to be bound by all of the terms for use and agrees these terms constitute a binding contract between the user and MedTurn International Inc.; these Terms of Use apply to all users.

Access Codes

In order to become a member of the website you will have elected a unique User ID and Password (Access Codes). You accept all responsibility for the security of your Access Codes, which are for your personal use; you are not permitted to disclose them to fellow employees or to a third party. You have the ability to modify your password at anytime by contacting an MTI Customer Service Representative at 416-298-1234. MTI should also be notified immediately if you wish to terminate your User ID and password or to have an Access Code reissued.

Termination & Modification

MTI may elect to update, modify, change or terminate all or any part of the functionality available through the website, including modification of termination of the ability to make inquiries at any time in the future. Any amendments or modifications may be provided to you through an on-line notice. You agree that the website contains confidential and proprietary information of MTI and/or its clients as well as copyrighted information which are not to be disclosed to a third party.

The text, images, graphics, sound files, video files and their arrangement on this website are all subject to copyright and other intellectual property protection. These objects may not be distributed, modified, transmitted, re-posted or used for public or commercial purposes without the written permission of CLS MedTurn International Inc. This website may also contain materials that are subject to the copyrights of their providers.
